Ingredients
- 1 cup coconoat pulp (from coconoat milk)
- 1 kiwi
- ½ cup pineapple
- 2 tbsp roasted coconut shreds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconoat milk
Directions
- Place coconoat pulp in a bowl.
- Add kiwi, pineapple, roasted coconut shreds, maple syrup, and coconoat milk to your coconoat pulp.
- Stir and enjoy!
