Shipping - USA

Shipping on orders in the United States is $7.95.

Shipping to continental United States PO Boxes is $35.

Shipping to Canada/non-continental United States PO Boxes is $75.

Shipping to the non-continental United States is $25/$50/$80 depending on order weight.

Standard shipping time to United States metro areas is 5-7 days.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

Taxes and Duties

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders outside of the US are not prepaid by Almond Cow. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.

Almond Cow is not liable for these charges, and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Return Instructions

Please contact us at info@almondcow.co (not .com) with your order number and reason for your return and we will further assist you.

What is your 30-day Almond Cow return policy?

We love Almond Cow. We are sure that you will too. Just in case, we give customers 30 days to try it out. If it doesn't make making plant-based milk easy for you - you are welcome to return the Almond Cow machine to us for a refund.

Please contact us with your order number at info@almondcow.co. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased from a third-party.

Can I return an international order under the 30-day return policy?

If you would like to return an international order during the first 30-days, please email info@almondcow.co with your order number to let us know.

Costs associated with the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Can I exchange the Almond Cow for an Almond Cow Pro (or vise versa)?

If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received within 30 days of the delivery, please contact us at info@almondcow.co with your order number to let us know.

Damages or incorrectly delivered?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find our product is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help resolve the problem. Please email us with your order number at info@almondcow.co.

Issues with delivery?

If there are any delivery issues, please reach out to the corresponding shipping carrier using the tracking number contained within your email.

If your tracking number is showing delivered but your package is nowhere to be found, please do the following:

  • Make sure the address you entered at checkout is accurate. You can check this on your delivery confirmation email.
  • Check the tracking number to see exactly where it was left (mailbox, front porch, back porch, side yard, etc.).
  • Check with anyone who lives at your house - this sounds silly, but 99% of the time someone in the home has the package and just forgot to relay the information.
  • Check with neighbors. Occasionally USPS, FedEx, and UPS deliver to the wrong house.
  • Call the carrier and speak with the supervisor for more information - specifically, ask for exact GPS info regarding where your package was left. It may have been left at the wrong residence, or they have also been known to mark packages as “delivered” 1-2 days prior to delivering them.

If none of these steps give you any answers, you can file a missing package claim with the shipping company. If you believe the package was stolen, we recommend filing a police report. Once you have filed a claim, please contact us at info@almondcow.co with claim proof and we can assist with reshipping your order.

Item is damaged upon arrival?

If your package arrived damaged, please contact us at info@almondcow.co with photos and/or video of the issue, written description of the issue, and your order number so we can further assist you.

Order is missing an item?

If you are missing any item in your order, as soon as possible, please contact our Customer Care team at info@almondcow.co with your order number and the following photos:

  • All taped areas of the box the items came in
  • The shipping label
  • The items you received
  • The packing slip

Refunds

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged - i.e. PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase.

Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 business days from warehouse delivery for returns to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will be contacted by our Customer Care team letting you know your order has been refunded.

May I get a refund on my order if I use AfterPay?
