After an order has been processed, the Customer Care team can no longer add or remove items from the order.
Expedited Shipping: Almond Cow is not responsible for carrier delays on expedited packages.
eBooks do not count towards the free shipping subtotal.
Sale/Promotion Policy
All sales and promotions last for 24 hours, unless specified otherwise. Sales cannot be combined with any other discounts, referrals, or subscription discounts.
If Almond Cow lowers the price on any Almond Cow-branded product within 24 hours of your purchase, feel free to reach out to our friendly Customer Care team at info@almondcow.co to request a price adjustment.* To ensure you receive the adjustment, please get in touch with Almond Cow within 24 hours from the sale's end. Free Gift Card Promo Policy
- Eligibility: Available only during the promotional period. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Gift Card Value: A free gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the purchase within 48 hours. It’s redeemable only on almondcow.co for future purchases.
- Redemption: Gift cards can be used on eligible purchases on almondcow.co but cannot be applied to the original milk maker purchase.
- Non-transferable: The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- Returns: If the milk maker is returned, the gift card value will be voided, and the refund adjusted accordingly.
- Promotional Period: Valid only during the promotional period as specified on almondcow.co and in promotional emails. Almond Cow reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion.
- Fraud Prevention: Almond Cow may take action against suspicious or fraudulent activity related to gift card use.

Taxes and Duties
Duties, taxes, and import fees for orders outside the United States/Canada are not prepaid. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the country where the order was shipped. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.
Almond Cow is not liable for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by us. If you are unsure of the charges, contact your local customs office for more information.
