Orders containing Milk Medleys are expected to be shipped in September 2026.
While every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed. Check your shipping confirmation email and/r the shipping carrier's website for tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
After an order has been processed, the Customer Care team can no longer add or remove items from the order.
Expedited Shipping: Almond Cow is not responsible for carrier delays on expedited packages.
eBooks do not count towards the free shipping subtotal.
Sale/Promotion Policy
All sales and promotions last for 24 hours, unless specified otherwise. Sales cannot be combined with any other discounts, referrals, or subscription discounts.
If Almond Cow lowers the price on any Almond Cow-branded product within 7 days of your purchase, feel free to reach out to our friendly Customer Care team to request a price adjustment. To ensure you receive the adjustment, please get in touch with Almond Cow within 24 hours from the sale's end. We're here to assist you and make sure you're happy with your purchase!

Taxes and Duties
Duties, taxes, and import fees for orders outside the United States are not prepaid. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by the country where the order was shipped. These will be due at the time of or after delivery.
Almond Cow is not liable for these charges. They will not be reimbursed or refunded by Almond Cow. If you are unsure of the charges, contact your local customs office for more information.

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find our product is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help resolve the problem. Please email us with your order number and information on what is going on. Please provide any photos if possible.

- All taped areas of the box the items came in
- The shipping label
- The items you received
- The packing slip
