We love Almond Cow. We are sure that you will too. Just in case, we give customers 30 days from the delivery date to try it out. If it doesn't make making plant-based milk easy for you - you are welcome to return the Almond Cow machine to us for a refund.

What is your return policy?

We love Almond Cow. We are sure that you will too. Just in case, we give customers 30 days from the date of delivery to try it out. If it doesn't make making plant-based milk easy for you - you are welcome to return the Almond Cow machine to us for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original delivery fees and any packaging materials are non-refundable. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be considered for a refund.

We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased from a third party.

Can I exchange the Almond Cow for an Almond Cow Pro (or vice versa)?

If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received within 30 days of the delivery, please contact us at info@almondcow.co with your order number to let us know.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged - i.e., PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase.

Postage, return postage, and any packaging materials are non-refundable.

Once we’ve received your return your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email notification.

How will my refund be processed if I used AfterPay?

What if I canceled the card I originally paid with?

Don't worry! If the bank account associated with your original payment is open, your refund will process as normal. If the bank account has been closed, please email us at info@almondcow.co.
