Fresh raspberries give this pulpmeal a fantastic, fruity flavor. Add a little pop of lemon and you're good to go!
- 1 cup Almond oat pulp
- 2 tbsp Raspberry sauce (1/2 cup raspberries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp water*)
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Add raspberry sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, and maple syrup to your almond oat pulp. Stir and enjoy!*heat raspberries, lemon juice and water over medium heat until raspberries are broken down and turn into a thick sauce.
