Raspberry Lemon Pulpmeal

Fresh raspberries give this Almond Cow pulpmeal a fantastic, fruity flavor. Add a little pop of lemon and you're good to go!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond oat pulp (from almond oat milk)
- 2 tbsp raspberry sauce (½ cup raspberries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp water*)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- lemon juice (½ lemon)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Place almond oat pulp in a bowl.
- Add raspberry sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, and maple syrup to your almond oat pulp.
- Stir and enjoy, or let sit overnight in fridge for softer consistency.
- *heat raspberries, lemon juice and water over medium heat until raspberries are broken down and turn into a thick sauce.
