Raspberry Lemon Pulpmeal

Fresh raspberries give this Almond Cow pulpmeal a fantastic, fruity flavor. Add a little pop of lemon and you're good to go!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond oat pulp (from almond oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp raspberry sauce (½ cup raspberries, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp water*)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • lemon juice (½ lemon)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place almond oat pulp in a bowl.
  2. Add raspberry sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, and maple syrup to your almond oat pulp.
  3. Stir and enjoy, or let sit overnight in fridge for softer consistency. 
  4. *heat raspberries, lemon juice and water over medium heat until raspberries are broken down and turn into a thick sauce.
