Milk Tea with Boba
This delicious milk tea is perfect for any occasion! You can use any plant-based milk of your choice, but we love using cashew milk for its rich and creamy texture.

Ingredients
- *For the Cashew Milk*
- 1 cup cashew
- Water to the MIN line of the Almond Cow base
- Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 pinch salt
- *For the Milk Tea*
- 2 black tea bags
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional to taste),
- 1 cup cashew milk (or milk of your choosing)
- *For the Boba*
- 1/2 cup tapioca pearls
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (to sweeten pearls)
Directions
- *Make the Cashew Milk*
- Add cashews to the filter basket of your Almond Cow and fill the base with water to the Min line.
- Press the cow to start the milk making process.
- *Brew the Tea*
- Boil 2 cups of water and steep tea bags for 5-7 minutes (adjust based on your preferred tea strength).
- Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.
- *Prepare the Boba Pearls*
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the tapioca pearls according to package instructions (usually 5-10 minutes).
- Strain the pearls and rinse under cold water.
- Toss the pearls in brown sugar to coat and sweeten them.
- *Assemble the Milk Tea*
- Add boba pearls to the bottom of a glass.
- Fill the glass with ice (optional), then pour in the tea and cashew milk (or your preferred milk).
- Sweeten with maple syrup or brown sugar if needed. Stir well.
- *Sip & Enjoy*
- Serve with a wide straw and enjoy your creamy, homemade milk tea with boba!
