Ultimate Granola Butter
Instructions
1. In a food processor, add granola and melted coconut oil.2. Blend granola until smooth and creamy, about 10-15 minutes. Every few minutes, stop and scrape down the sides of the container (pushing the granola butter toward the center blades).
3. Taste, then sweeten with coconut sugar if desired.
4. Transfer the granola butter to a sealed jar.
Enjoy within 5 days at room temperature or 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

3 cups Ultimate Almond Cow Granola2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1-2 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
