Cinnamon Banana Milk Drink Recipe

A creamy, dreamy, cashew and walnut based milk with the natural sweetness of dates and bananas, all made effortlessly with your Almond Cow!

Storage Tip:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3- 5 days. Shake well before serving.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbl. cinnamon (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup+ for sweeter taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Add 6 cups of water to the the base Almond Cow along with the maple syrup and vanilla extract
  2. Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
  3. Place the cashews, walnuts, dates, banana and cinnamon into the filter basket of your Almond Cow. Secure the filter basket lid.
  4. Place the filter basket and top securely onto the machine.
  5. Press the Almond Cow’s button to start the blending process. The machine will automatically run through its cycle.
  6. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon if desired, and enjoy immediately.
