Cinnamon Banana Milk
A creamy, dreamy, cashew and walnut based milk with the natural sweetness of dates and bananas, all made effortlessly with your Almond Cow!
Storage Tip:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3- 5 days. Shake well before serving.
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tbl. cinnamon (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp. maple syrup+ for sweeter taste (optional)
Directions
- Add 6 cups of water to the the base Almond Cow along with the maple syrup and vanilla extract
- Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
- Place the cashews, walnuts, dates, banana and cinnamon into the filter basket of your Almond Cow. Secure the filter basket lid.
- Place the filter basket and top securely onto the machine.
- Press the Almond Cow’s button to start the blending process. The machine will automatically run through its cycle.
- Pour into glasses, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon if desired, and enjoy immediately.
