Unicorn Hot Chocolate

Try this fun and delicious Unicorn Hot Chocolate! Its beautiful pink color comes from raspberries or strawberries, with creaminess and sweetness from white chocolate and cashews.

Less than 5 minutes

Ingredients:

warm or hot water, to the 500mL line of the collector cup
1 cup cashews
⅔ cup raspberries or strawberries
⅓ cup white chocolate
1 date, pit removed
coconut whipped cream, for topping
colored marshmallows, for topping

Directions:

Add warm or hot water to the collector cup, and add cashews, raspberries (or strawberries), white chocolate and a date to the filter basket
Place the collector cup inside the base.
Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.
Press the cow, and when the green light stops flashing, pour the hot chocolate into a cup, and top with coconut whipped cream and colored marshmallows. Enjoy!
