Mocktail Mule
Anyone can enjoy this tasty mocktail. With seasonal flavors and a spicy kick from the ginger beer it’s the perfect drink to share at any holiday party- thanks to your Almond Cow!

Ingredients:
- 650 ml ginger beer
- 150 ml cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 limes, peel and pith removed, roughly chopped
Directions:
- Add the ginger beer and cinnamon syrup to the collector cup. Place the collector cup in the base (no other liquid is added).
- Add apples and limes to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.
- Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, your Mocktail Mule is ready!
- Serve 4 oz servings over ice. Optional: garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices. Enjoy!
