*Cashew pieces (as opposed to whole cashews) are ideal for milk making. While cashew pieces aren’t as visually appealing and may have small amounts of husk remaining or black spots from the shelling process, they are perfectly fine. We source the same grade of cashew that is used in nut butter and plant-based shelf milks.
