Cucumber Elderflower Mocktail

Ingredients

  • Still water (to the 500mL line of the collection cup)
  • 3/4 c roughly chopped cucumber
  • 2 tbsp mint
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • (Optional) Sparkling water or soda

Directions

  1. Add water to the 500mL of the collector cup. Add your elderflower syrup and lime juice to collector cup. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base.
  2. Add cucumbers and mint leaves to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.
  3. Press the cow, and when the blue light stops flashing, your cucumber elderflower juice is ready.
  4. Optional: Top with a splash of your favorite sparkling water or soda for added bubbles.
