Instructions

  1. Add hot water to the collector cup and place it inside the base.
  2. Place cashews in the filter basket, attach it to the top, and run the machine. Empty filter basket and run a second time with chocolate chips
  3. For the meringue, combine egg white/ aquafaba and sugar in a heatproof bowl.
  4. Set over simmering water and whisk until sugar is dissolved (about 160°F). Then whisk with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Pour hot chocolate into a mug, pipe meringue on top, and lightly torch until golden.
