Dairy-free Parisian hot chocolate recipe made with only 4 ingredients and water. You won't believe your taste buds with this cocoa dream with a meringue cloud on top.

Instructions
- Add hot water to the collector cup and place it inside the base.
- Place cashews in the filter basket, attach it to the top, and run the machine. Empty filter basket and run a second time with chocolate chips
- For the meringue, combine egg white/ aquafaba and sugar in a heatproof bowl.
- Set over simmering water and whisk until sugar is dissolved (about 160°F). Then whisk with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Pour hot chocolate into a mug, pipe meringue on top, and lightly torch until golden.
