Coconut Stuffed Chocolate Dates
Instructions
- Slice each date lengthwise to create a small opening, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Fill each date with about ½ tbsp of coconut pulp.
- Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, making sure it’s fully coated.
- Place coated dates on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes if desired.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
