Craving a sweet, creamy treat? Our non-dairy, Cookie Butter Cold Brew is the perfect indulgence. Made with the Almond Cow, this drink blends rich cookie butter and our smooth cold brew coffee into a creamy, dairy-free delight. Easy to make with fresh, homemade almond milk, and topped with a your choice of Almond Cow cookies, it's the ultimate sweet pick-me-up!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Almond Cow Almond Milk
  • 5 cup Almond Cow Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1/4 cup cookie butter (we like Biscoff Creamy Cookie Butter)
  • 1-2 tbsp. pure maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ice (to serve)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Cookies, crushed for garnish (we like Almond Cow's Sugar Cookies or Gingerbread Men)
  • Non-dairy whipped topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Add almond milk and cold brew to the base of the Almond Cow.
  2. Add cookie butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the filter basket.
  3. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Press the cow start button.
  4. The Almond Cow will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, it's complete.
  5. Fill your glasses with ice and pour in contents from Almond Cow machine. Top with a pinch of sea salt and/or your favorite plant-based whipped topping.
  6. *Optional* Place a few of your Almond Cow cookies in an airtight bag, sealing completely. Crush the cookies into a fine crumble using a rolling pin.
  7. Add your optional cookie crumbs to the top of your Cookie Butter Cold Brew, and enjoy!
