All of the delicious, warm flavors of a cinnamon roll enjoyed in one bowl. Use your favorite leftover pulp and a few other ingredients to make this Cinnamon Roll Pulpmeal in just a few minutes!

  • 1 basket of your favorite pulp
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup vegan cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (or powdered monk fruit for sugar-free)


  1. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt to leftover pulp of choice. In a separate bowl, mix vegan cream cheese with powdered sugar. Garnish pulpmeal with vegan cream cheese frosting swirl and enjoy!
