- 1 basket of your favorite pulp
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup vegan cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar (or powdered monk fruit for sugar-free)
- Add cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt to leftover pulp of choice. In a separate bowl, mix vegan cream cheese with powdered sugar. Garnish pulpmeal with vegan cream cheese frosting swirl and enjoy!
