Pulpmeal is a great way to use up your leftover pulp after making milk in the Almond Cow . This Pumpkin Pie Pulpmeal Parfait features layers of warm, fall spiced pumpkin, coconut yogurt, and pumpkin seed pulp. Makes for the perfect fall treat!

Instructions
- Add all pumpkin pie layer ingredients to a bowl, and mix until combined.
- Fill a parfait glass with all layers, and enjoy!

- 1 can pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp tsp ginger
- 1/16 tsp nutmeg
- 1/16 tsp clove
- Pumpkin Pie Layer: 1 can pumpkin puree
- Pumpkin Pie Layer: ¼ cup maple syrup
- Pumpkin Pie Layer: ½ tsp vanilla
- Pumpkin Pie Layer: ½ tsp cinnamon
