- Add water to the MIN line (5 cups of water) in the base, then add rose water to the base.
- Add pistachios and chopped dates to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.
- Press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, your pistachio rose milk is ready!
- Store your milk in the refrigerator, and enjoy within 3-5 days. Shake before pouring - this milk is 100% natural, so separation will occur.

- Blend on high for 1 minute, or until all solid pieces are liquefied.
- Pour the milk through a cheesecloth, or nut milk bag, and squeeze into a bowl until no liquid remains in the filter cloth.
- Transfer the milk from the bowl to a container, refrigerate, and enjoy!
