Ingredients

  • Cashew pulp from one batch of cashew milk using 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • 1/2 Banana, sliced

Directions

Add maple syrup, chia seeds, and cinnamon to your cashew pulp, and stir. Top with banana slices and more cinnamon, and enjoy!

  • I love recipes using pulp meal – if you make milk, you have pulp. Their SHOULD be as many milk recipes (or ideas) to use pulp meal as milks ! it would be a service to those who don’t throw things away. And I believe that most of the people who make their own nut&/Or grain milks are in the same situation as me. Is their any nutritional information on pulp meals? I’d be interested in knowing that.
