Gingerbread Balls
Easy and oh-so-delicious, these no bake Gingerbread balls taste exactly like a fresh batch of gingerbread cookies, only healthier. One bite and you’ll be in the holiday spirit with their soft and doughy texture and seasonal spices! They make the perfect snack or treat to bring to a holiday party. Instructions
- In a food processor, process all ingredients except dates.
- Once the mixture is finely pulsed, add in dates and blend.
- Once a dough is formed, use a spoon or your hands to form into small balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Ingredients
6 dates (pits removed)¾ cup oats
½ cup cashew pulp (drained to remove as much liquid as possible, from cashew milk)
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil (not liquid form)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
