Gingerbread Balls

  • 6 dates
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ½ cup cashew pulp from the Almond Cow
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (not liquid form)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cloves

In a food processor, process all ingredients except dates. Once the mixture is finely pulsed, add in dates and blend.

Once a dough is formed, use a spoon or your hands to form into small balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Note* Please allow the pulp to drain in the almond cow basket or strain pulp so no excess liquid remains before creating this recipe
