Gingerbread Balls
Instructions
1. In a food processor, process all ingredients except dates.2. Once the mixture is finely pulsed, add in dates and blend.
3. Once a dough is formed, use a spoon or your hands to form into small balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.

6 dates (pits removed)¾ cup oats
½ cup cashew pulp (drained to remove as much liquid as possible, from cashew milk)
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil (not liquid form)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
