Ingredients
- 6 dates (pits removed)
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ cup cashew pulp (drained to remove as much liquid as possible, from cashew milk)
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil (not liquid form)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cloves
Directions
- In a food processor, process all ingredients except dates. Once the mixture is finely pulsed, add in dates and blend.
- Once a dough is formed, use a spoon or your hands to form into small balls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
