Strawberry milk: a staple of childhood for some, but very hard to find in a healthy format. Fortunately, you can easily make it at home!
Yield: 4 Cups
- 3/4 cup almonds (soaked for 4+ hours)
- 4 strawberries diced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, for freshness (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Remove the stems of 4 strawberries and dice into ½ " chunks. Add diced strawberries, almonds, maple syrup, and salt to filter basket. Add water to the base of the machine up to the min line. Attach the top and press the cow start button. Pour and enjoy!
