Strawberry milk: a staple of childhood for some, but very hard to find in a healthy format. Fortunately, you can easily make it at home!
Yield: ~4 Cups
- 1 cup almonds (soaked for +4 hours)
- 5 strawberries diced
- 1 tsp sea salt, for freshness (optional)
- 3-4 pitted dates or sweetener of your choice (optional)
Remove the stems of roughly 5 strawberries and dice into 1/2" chunks. Add diced strawberries, almonds and dates to filter basket. Add water to the base of the machine up to the minimum line. Add salt to water. Attach the lid and tap the cow! Pour and enjoy!
