Oat-Almond Milk

We find that the best plant-based milks take the best of several worlds. Almonds are excellent for flavor, with oats providing a thicker, nuttier texture.

Yield: 5 Cups

  • ½ Cup Steel Cut Oats (soak & rinse for 10 minutes or less)
  • ½ Cup Raw Almonds (soak for 4+ hours)
  • 8-10 Pitted Dates (no soaking needed)
  • 5 Cups Water


Different plants need different soak times. We recommend soaking the almonds for 4 hours or overnight, the oats for just a few minutes, and using completely unsoaked dates. Add water to the base fil line and all ingredients to filter basket. Run one cycle. Enjoy!
