Ingredients
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- ½ cup cilantro
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- ¼ cup pumpkin seed pulp (from pumpkin seed milk)
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 tsp salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve with chips or as a delicious topping!
