Pumpkin Spice Creamer

There's nothing artificial about this homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer. Made with cashews, pumpkin spices, a little maple syrup and vanilla extract, you can feel good about adding a splash of this to your morning coffee! The best part? It takes less than 1 minute to make in your Almond Cow.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • 1⁄8 tsp Cloves
  • 1⁄16 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1⁄16 tsp Salt

Directions

Add cashews, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist to secure. Add water to the 500ml line of the collector cup, then add maple syrup and vanilla extract to the water. Place the collector cup inside the Almond Cow base, then attach the top. Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button! It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your creamer is ready!
