Horchata Creamer with Cashew and Rice Base
Try our new Horchata Cashew Creamer recipe-rich, creamy, and packed with cinnamon flavor! Perfect for spicing up your morning routine.
Servings: ~33 using one Collector Cup (500mL)
Prep time: Overnight steep + 2 min processing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cashew pieces
- 1/2 cup steamed rice
- 5 sticks of cinnamon
- 500ml water (for brewing cinnamon)
Directions:
- Steep 5 sticks of cinnamon in 2 cups (500ml) of water overnight for full flavor.
- Add cinnamon brew to the collector cup and place in the base of the Almond Cow.
- Place 1/2 cup cashews and 1/2 cup steamed rice in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist to secure.
- Once assembled, press the cow start button to run the machine.
- When the light is solid, your horchata cashew creamer is ready!
