If you’re looking for a fun way to change up your morning routine this year, let us introduce to you our newest obsession: Horchata Creamer.

Run time: Time to cook rice + 1 minute processing

 

Ingredients:

  1. Plant-based milk of choice, to the 500mL line of the collector cup
  2. 1 cup cooked rice
  3. ¼ tsp cinnamon
  4. 2 tbsp agave
  5. Pinch of salt

 

Directions:

To prepare the almond milk creamer fill white cup with water until it reaches the 500ml mark and place it in your Almond Cow

Fill filter basket with almonds and assemble almond cow. Press button and set almond milk creamer aside. Transfer almond pulp into an airtight container for other use. 

To prepare the horchata add almond milk creamer into your Almond Cow. Add filtered water until it reaches between the min and max line. Add a pinch of salt. Fill the filter basket with rice, cinnamon and dates. Assemble almond cow and press button.Transfer horchata into an airtight jug. To serve fill two glasses of ice with horchata and enjoy. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
