Horchata Creamer with Cashew and Rice Base


Try our new Horchata Cashew Creamer recipe-rich, creamy, and packed with cinnamon flavor! Perfect for spicing up your morning routine.

Servings: ~33 using one Collector Cup (500mL)

Prep time: Overnight steep + 2 min processing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashew pieces
  • 1/2 cup steamed rice
  • 5 sticks of cinnamon
  • 500ml water (for brewing cinnamon)

Directions:

  1. Steep 5 sticks of cinnamon in 2 cups (500ml) of water overnight for full flavor.
  2. Add cinnamon brew to the collector cup and place in the base of the Almond Cow.
  3. Place 1/2 cup cashews and 1/2 cup steamed rice in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist to secure.
  4. Once assembled, press the cow start button to run the machine.
  5. When the light is solid, your horchata cashew creamer is ready!
