Ingredients
- 2 cups corn, grilled
- 1½ cups mango, diced finely
- ½ cup red bell pepper, diced finely
- ¼ cup red onion, diced finely
- 1 basket corn pulp from corn milk using collector cup method
- juice of 4 limes
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped finely
- salt to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, and gently mix. Adjust salt as needed. Enjoy!
