This Pistachio Milk recipe is super easy to make and is loaded with protein, antioxidants, fiber and nutrients. Its creamy texture and slightly nutty and sweet flavor will have you adding this milk to your plant-based milk rotation in no time!
Yields: 4.5 Cups
- 1 cup raw unsalted pistachio nuts (no shell)
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tbsp pink Himalayan salt
Prep: Soak pistachios overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
Add soaked pistachios and dates to the filter basket. Fill water to the minimum line in your machine's container. Add in vanilla extract and salt to your water. Blend ingredients in your machine two times. This will thicken the milk and extract as much flavor as possible from all ingredients. Pour and enjoy!
