This Pistachio Milk recipe is super easy to make and is loaded with protein, antioxidants, fiber and nutrients. Its creamy texture and slightly nutty and sweet flavor will have you adding this milk to your plant-based milk rotation in no time!
Yields: 4.5 Cups
- 1 cup raw, unsoaked, unsalted pistachio nuts (no shell)
- 6 pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Add unsoaked pistachios, dates, vanilla, and salt to the filter basket. Fill water to the min line in the base of the machine.
Plug in the machine and press the cow start button.
Remove the top of the Almond Cow and set it in the collector cup. Pour and enjoy the delicious healthy benefits!
