Pecan milk is less commonly seen than its almond cousin, but it sure is delicious. With your Almond Cow, you can make it at home and revel in its nutty, creamy flavor.
- 1 cup pecans, soaked
- 1.5L water
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Vanilla extract to taste (optional)
- Sweetener of choice (optional)
Soak the pecans in water.
After soaking for 30 minutes to an hour, place them in the Almond Cow filter basket and attach it to the blade, twisting to secure.
Run your Almond Cow.
Remove the top of the machine and set aside.
Pour the milk into a container and enjoy!
