Vegan Eggnog

Serves: 3-4


  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • Water to the minimum line
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Add cashews, shredded coconut, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves to filter basket.

Attach filter basket to the Almond Cow top. Pour water to the minimum line in the Almond Cow base. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract to the water.

Blend for one cycle.
