Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Latte
Instructions
- Make the Oat Milk
- Add 1 cup of rolled oats to the filter basket of your Almond Cow.
- Fill the base with 4 cups of water.
- Attach the top and press the button. In less than a minute, you’ll have fresh oat milk.
- Prepare the Brown Sugar Syrup
- In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup water.
- Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
- Assemble the Latte
- In a shaker, combine the espresso shots, 2 tbsp of the brown sugar syrup, and cinnamon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the oat milk over the ice.
- Pour the shaken espresso mixture over the oat milk.
- Stir gently and enjoy!
