Here's one of our favorite zero waste breakfast ideas, Apple Cinnamon Pulpmeal! Load your pulp with toppings, grab a spoon and dig in; you can even eat straight from the filter basket!

  • 1 cup almond pulp (from almond milk) 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ apple (cubed)
  • ¼ cup pecans


  1. Place almond pulp in a bowl.
  2. Add maple syrup, almond milk, cinnamon, cubed apple, and pecans to your almond pulp.
  3. Stir and enjoy!
