Ingredients
- 1 batch PeCashew pulp (from PeCashew milk) (about ⅔ cup, press the pulp to get as much liquid out as possible)
- ¼ cup coconut manna/coconut butter (melted)
- 4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 7-10 drops stevia drops (depending on sweetness level)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until everything is completely combined.
- Use a scoop or spoon to place the mixture into a silicone mold of choice.
- Place in the fridge for an hour or until firm. Enjoy!
