Mango Chia Jars
Instructions
1. Take mango from freezer and thaw overnight.2. Whisk all other ingredients together in medium bowl and let this chia pudding sit overnight while mango thaws.
3. In the morning, purée thawed mango and divide between four small jars.
4. Add chia pudding mixture on top. Serve immediately or chill until serving. Enjoy!

1 bag frozen mango (about 1 lb)¼ cup chia seeds
¾ cup plant-based milk
¼ cup plant-based yogurt or more plant-based milk
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
