Coconut Cookie Dough Energy Bites
Instructions
1. Remove the leftover pulp from your Almond Cow and drain as much liquid as possible. Once you have a fairly dry pulp, place in a bowl and mix in other ingredients.2. Using a small scoop or your hands, form round tablespoon sized balls. Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes
3. Store in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to eat. Enjoy!
