Baked Donuts

  • 3⁄4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup sugar of choice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup almond milk pulp
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 180c. Prepare a donut pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, almond milk, milk pulp, coconut oil, vanilla and whisk until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Add batter to a piping bag, and pipe it into the donut pan. Bake donuts for 12-15 minutes. Remove donuts from oven and let cool.
