Chocolate Frosted Donuts
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.2. Prepare a donut pan and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
4. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, almond milk, almond pulp, coconut oil, vanilla and whisk until smooth.
5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
6. Add batter to a piping bag, and pipe it into the donut pan. Bake donuts for 12-15 minutes.
7. Remove donuts from oven and let cool.
8. For the chocolate frosting, melt the chocolate. Wait until it has cooled down a little. Dip the cooled donuts into the chocolate. Enjoy!
