Strawberry Fudge
Instructions
- To make the strawberry simple syrup, add warm or hot water to the 500mL line of the collector cup.
- Add strawberries and agave to the filter basket. Place the collector cup inside the base. Attach the filter basket to the top, and the top to the base.
- Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the light stops flashing, your strawberry simple syrup is complete.
- Give it a little stir, and add 1/2 cup of to a saucepan over medium heat, along with white chocolate chips and cashew butter. Stir until smooth.
- Add the pink pitaya powder, and stir again. If you have trouble smoothing this part out, feel free to blend the mixture for a super smooth texture!
- Pour mixture into your mold of choice (square tin, loaf tin, or butter molds work well), and transfer to the freezer until firm enough to remove from the molds.
- When ready, remove from the molds, and cut into fudge squares. Store in the fridge, and enjoy!
