Instructions
1. Add rinsed rice, Almond Cow coconut milk, sugar, and salt to large saucepan and stir2. Bring heat to a boil, reduce to low, and let it simmer
3. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the bottom from sticking to the pan
4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and raisins - it will thicken as it cools
5. Serve warm or chilled, sprinkled with cinnamon
