  • 1 cup cashew almond pulp (from cashew almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp carrots (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
