- 1 cup cashew almond pulp (from cashew almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp carrots (shredded)
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- Place cashew almond pulp in a bowl.
- Add vanilla extract, maple syrup, shredded carrots, raisins, and crushed walnuts to your cashew almond pulp.
- Stir and enjoy!
