Instructions
- Mix your leftover ACE juice pulp, chopped onion, and minced ginger in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar, miso, salt, black pepper, roasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and a neutral-flavored oil. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the pulp mixture and mix well.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Let the dressing sit for a few minutes before serving, to let the flavors meld together. That’s it! Enjoy over salad!

2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp miso (white miso would be milder)
¼ tsp salt

¼ cup neutral-flavored oil (avocado, canola, etc.)
