Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- ⅔ cup organic granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup almond pulp (let drain for a few minutes before using) (from almond milk)
- ½ cup vegan butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Grease or line an 8x8 in. baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the middle is set and edges are slightly brown.
- Let cool before cutting.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
