Pro Oat Milk

Pro Oat Milk
Servings: 30Prep Time: 5 min
Run Time: 15 min
Ingredients
- 3lbs Whole grain oats (also known as oat groats)
- 4 tbsp Avocado oil
- 8 tbsp Maple syrup
Directions
With the filter basket in the Almond Cow Pro, add in the oats, avocado oil, and maple syrup. Fill with water to the MAX line. Plug in, press the Cow Start Button. To enhance creaminess further, just run the machine for a second time. When the 9 grinding cycles are complete, bottle milk and refrigerate. Use leftover pulp in oatmeal bowls or refrigerate for further use in smoothies or baking. Enjoy!
The Pro will continue to beep if there is no water in the machine. This is a safety precaution and when you are finished with the cycle, unplug the machine to turn it off.
Note
Steel cut oats will work as a substitute- rolled oats are not recommended due to processing. Oil and maple syrup should be poured directly on oats when dry. Substitute 1 lb hemp seed for 1 lb of oats for best milk stretching/pouring quality.
