Mulled Wine
This Mulled Wine recipe is a must add to your holiday cocktail list! Warm holiday spices including cinnamon, clove and star anise. Enjoy all season long!

Instructions
- In a medium sized sauce pan add 3 cups of Wine ¾ cup brandy, ¾ cup Apple juice, ¼ cup orange liqueur and ¼ cup maple syrup. Brew over medium for 4 mins and reduce heat.
- In the filter basket add 1 large orange cut into pieces, 1 cinnamon stick, chopped into small pieces, 3 star anise and 4 whole cloves. Attach to the top of the Almond Cow
- Add the brewed wine to the base of the machine and run the Almond Cow.

Attach to the top of the Almond Cow Add the brewed wine to the base of the machine and run the Almond Cow. When finished garnish your glasses with remaining Orange slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise, fresh cranberries and enjoy this mulled wine.

- 1 bottle red wine (approx. 3 cups)
- ¾ cup brandy
- ¾ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup orange liqueur
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 large orange (cut into pieces), peel and pith removed
- 1 cinnamon stick, chopped into small pieces
- 3 star anise
- 4 whole cloves
- Garnishes: Orange slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise, fresh cranberries
