Create this decadent drink in moments using your Almond Cow with just a handful of ingredients. It's the perfect balance of sweetness, creamy rice and warm cinnamon!

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2-3 medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt


Add 1 cup of cooked rice and the medjool dates into the filter basket. Fill Almond cow with filtered water up to between the MIN and MAX line and add rest of the ingredients. Assemble almond cow and press the button. When the milk cycle is complete, refill the filter basket with another cup of rice. Repeat the process with the same liquid used in the first cycle. Once the cycle is complete bottle the milk and store the leftover pulp* in a container and refrigerate. Serve horchata in a glass with ice.
