Tea Party Cocktail
This tea and lavender cocktail is a perfect treat to share for Mother’s Day. The flavors of tea and lavender pair well with a floral gin. Serve chilled and over ice for a refreshing tea time cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 250 mL Earl Grey tea (prepared and chilled)
- 250 mL gin
- ¼ cup culinary lavender
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 lemons, pith removed
Directions:
- Add the gin and tea to the collector cup and place the collector cup in the base.
- Add the lemons, lavender, and sugar to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Attach the top to the base.
- Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your tea party cocktail is ready!
- Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh lavender.
