Ingredients
500 mL Bourbon or Whiskey
2 lemons, pith removed
5 strawberries, hulled & sliced
3 Tbsp sugar
5-10 fresh mint leaves

This simple cocktail is the perfect choice for both strawberry season and Father’s Day. It includes bourbon but also fresh ingredients that make it easy to sip and share.
Makes 5, 4 oz servings
Ingredients
500 mL Bourbon or Whiskey
2 lemons, pith removed
5 strawberries, hulled & sliced
3 Tbsp sugar
5-10 fresh mint leaves
Directions
Step 1
Fill the collector cup with Bourbon to the 500 mL line. Place collector cup inside the Almond Cow base (no other liquid is added).
Step 2
Place the lemons, strawberries, mint, and sugar in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Almond Cow and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure. Attach the top to the base.
Step 3
Plug in the Almond Cow and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your strawberry bourbon smash is ready!
Step 4
Add 4 oz to a glass with ice. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
