Peanut Milk

Have you tried milking peanuts in the Milk Maker? Sweet and salty, this Peanut Milk will surely be a favorite in your household. Pair alongside PB&J's or cookies for an extra treat!

Servings: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts (roasted, salted, unsoaked)
  • 4 chopped, pitted dates or 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place peanuts and dates in the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Milk Maker and twist in the direction of the close arrow to secure.

Step 2

Fill the Milk Maker base to the MIN line (5 cups) with water, add maple if not using dates and optional vanilla. Attach the top.

Step 3

Plug in the Milk Maker and press the cow start button. It will run through 3 automatic stages. When the green light stops flashing, your peanut milk is ready!
