Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Almond Cow coconut shreds
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ⅓ cup pitted dates, soaked
- 3 tbsp CocoCash™ pulp (from CocoCash™ Milk)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- pinch of salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until well-combined.
- Roll into even-sized balls, and enjoy!
