Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup Almond Cow coconut shreds
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ⅓ cup pitted dates, soaked
  • 3 tbsp CocoCash™ pulp (from CocoCash™ Milk)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until well-combined.
  2. Roll into even-sized balls, and enjoy!
