Ingredients
- ½ cup CocoCash™ pulp (from CocoCash™ Milk)
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup cashew butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, for decorating
Directions
- Create CocoCash™ Milk.
- Remove Almond Cow top from the filter basket. Squeeze pulp to drain any excess moisture.
- Add CocoCash™ pulp, coconut flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a large bowl. Mix to combine.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch rounds. Use clean hands to roll the dough into balls. Toss each ball in shredded coconut to decorate.
