Ingredients
- 2, 15-oz cans chickpeas
- chickpea pulp (from chickpea milk, approx. ½ cup pulp)
- 1 cup tahini
- juice of 4 lemons
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary with a spatula.
- Serve with a little more olive oil, paprika, and fresh parsley on top!
