Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Dough should hold together but not be sticky (add a little extra flour if needed.)
- Chill dough for 15 minutes.
- Roll out on parchment and press cookie stamps firmly or make your desired shapes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F or until edges are lightly golden.
- Optional: drizzle with maple syrup, top with jam, or dip in dark chocolate (my favorite!)
