Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Dough should hold together but not be sticky (add a little extra flour if needed.)
  2. Chill dough for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out on parchment and press cookie stamps firmly or make your desired shapes.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F or until edges are lightly golden.
  5. Optional: drizzle with maple syrup, top with jam, or dip in dark chocolate (my favorite!)
