Oat-Almond Milk
            
At Almond Cow, we believe the best plant-based milks combine the best of both worlds. In our Oat-Almond milk recipe, almonds add a rich, smooth flavor, while oats contribute a naturally creamy, nutty texture.
*While most ingredients can be used in their raw form, for this recipe we recommend soaking your almonds and oats ahead of time.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
 - 1/2 cup raw almonds (unsoaked)
 - 3 pitted dates
 - 5 cups water
 
Directions
- Soak your almond for at least 4 hour, or overnight.
 - Soak your oats for at least 5 minutes, or up to an hour.
 - Add water to the base fill line.
 - Add the almonds, oats, and dates to the filter basket, then attach the filter basket to the top.
 - Secure the top on the base and push the start button. Once the light stops flashing, your oat-almond milk is ready!
